• The best sushi course in the world

  The course is great, the instructor the best in world, the structure is good. The only issue are the tables made for japanese people, so prepare your back if you are tall.

  They teach you how to pass their unrecognized, worthless certification test for $10,000+. You waste most of your time leaning to cut daikon radish, taking useless speed tests you have not had enough...
