It took me sometime to find the entrance. Once inside it was a very interesting experience. I would have liked to be fluent in Japanese but I managed to get enough information from the displays.

入場無料ということで通っていますが、反面、建設や運営に必要な資金は、地域住民が支払う電気料金で賄われているということです。
