  這是附近的新大樓，就在日比谷站上面，有雷克薩斯的咖啡店，和很多餐飲店。這裏的商城店鋪不是很多，不過店鋪都很精緻。樓上還有電影院和露天展望台。是個很適合休閑見朋友的地方。
