- 此設施鄰近原爆資料館，設立目的為追悼原爆罹難者與祈禱世界和平。館內可以閱覽罹難者遺照及手札等，地下2樓的追悼空間中收藏有罹難者名冊。設施上方設有水盤，盛滿原爆罹難者渴求的「水」，入夜後還會點亮7萬盞追悼燈，是充滿夢幻氣氛的美麗景點。從路面電車「原爆資料館」停靠站步行5分鐘即可抵達。
