- RAINBOW PANCAKE是位於東京都澀谷區神宮前的當紅鬆餅店，同時也是廣為人知的排隊名店。店內以象徵幸福的彩虹為主題，色彩繽紛而明亮，主要客層為年輕女性，總是十分熱鬧。餐點選擇相當豐富，不僅有使用新鮮水果及鮮奶油製作的香甜鬆軟鬆餅，還有適合當午餐的正餐式鬆餅。其中以夏威夷豆鬆餅特別受到歡迎。

剛好吃到季節限定款水蜜桃（30食/日）鬆餅。當鬆餅上桌時驚艷了ㄧ下，非常美味，果然不枉我候位等了一個多小時啊。
