汤泽中里滑雪度假村距离关越自动车道“汤泽IC”约5公里，是夏季可以尽享森林探险、皮艇等乐趣的滑雪度假村。滑雪场的海拔差为244米，最大斜度为32度，最长滑行距离为2,000米，从初级者到高级者的雪道一应俱全。还设有需要掌握一定技巧动作才可滑行的猫跳滑雪等的“NANCHATTE”雪道，可以体验在尽享玩乐的同时，不知不觉间技术得到提高的乐趣。从JR越后汤泽站（西口）有免费接驳巴士。
