更科堀井创建于1789年，是将传统的更科荞麦面传承至今的元麻布老字号荞麦面店。这一美味还有曾进献过皇后、王府的历史。取荞麦芯最好的面粉擀制而成，有着较白的颜色与滑爽口感的“更科荞麦面”极具人气。“更科荞麦面”加入艾草、紫苏、南瓜、柚子揉制出的时令荞麦面也非常受欢迎。

Found the food to be amazing tempura extremely tasty. The white soba was fantastic. Highly highly recommend it and prices were very reasonable.

Yup, we chose to try this place based on Anthony Bourdains recommendation/show. Once we got off the train, it wasnt easy to find the place, but a good GPS system really helps. Soba are cold noodles....
