大佛殿

大佛殿是位于奈良市的“东大寺”的佛堂，是日本的国宝。正式名称是“东大寺金堂”。供奉的主佛是作为“奈良大佛”而闻名的卢舍那佛坐像，为安置此尊佛像而创建的佛堂，是该寺院内最大的建筑物。卢舎那佛像是高约14.7米的铜造佛像，部分建筑是当时天平时代保留下来的。在除夕到元旦期间，将打开大佛殿正面唐破风下的观相窗，可以从外面看到大佛的脸。
