八云庵位于洋溢着城下町风情的松江城北侧的北堀町，是出云荞麦面的名店。在由武士府邸遗址改造的店内，感受四季变换及历史感的治愈空间。一边眺望后山的竹林、锦鲤游来游去的池塘、庭园、高高耸立的古松等，一边悠闲享受美味。店主每天手工擀制的出云荞麦面，制成过冷水割子荞麦面和选用鸭汤的鸭南蛮荞麦面极具人气。

八云庵以其中一间武家屋敷改建，门面古色古香。割子そば，特色是将荞麦面以名为「割子」的容器装呈，层层叠起来按照份量叠成二段、三段、四段等，庭园很漂亮，我们拍照拍的不亦乐乎

Upon making the reservations for 6 for lunch for the room overlooking the gardens and pond, they asked for a Y200/person surcharge. I think it was very reasonable charge, given the beautiful setting....
