东光寺

东光寺是位于萩市的黄檗宗的寺院，是旧萩藩藩主毛利家的菩提寺。1691年，第3代藩主毛利吉就建造此寺，在毛利氏陵墓中有埋葬第5代、7代、9代、11代藩主以及夫人和侧室等一族的坟墓。此外，寺院内散布着山门、大雄宝殿、钟楼等重要文化遗产，许多中国风格的建筑物也值得一看。
