  今日は真栄田岬の青の洞窟を堪能。海に入ると体力をつかうものだ。かなりばてている。ホテル近くのこちらのお店で夕飯をいただきました。やはりコロナ禍で、先客はなし。夜定食で山原豚のロースカツ定食を注文。それと忘れてはいけないオリオンビールも。ほどなく料理が運ばれてきた。ロースカツの衣がどれも簡単にはがれる。なにかが足らないのでしょうか？火はしっかり通っている。豚の脂も美味しいです...
