• I like Hakata Ramen Shin Shin very much

  I ordered a ramen set at lunch time. The ramen was al-denta, the soup was yummy with rich favour. The staff were efficient and tourist friendly.

• Soup base is just right for the ramen

  The soup stock can make or break a ramen. I generally like the semi creamy stock that is not gluey in consistency. This one got it right.

  Nothing to compare yet as just landed and got off at Hakata station, but soup is nice not too thick. Pricing is v resonable.
