広くて綺麗でした。気持ち部屋の明かりが暗いですが、許容範囲です。オートロックじゃなかったのですが、そのおかげ？で空調や冷蔵庫など、外出中も使えたので良かったです。便座の温度調整出来るのも嬉しかったです。冷蔵庫も広めなのがありがたい！(レベルも7段階くらい変更出来るやつ)延長コードもありました。新潟駅からは少し離れてましたが、道中にセブン、ファミマ、ローソンがありました。
