Reservation number/confirmation number

  • When using NAVITIME Travel , both the reservation number and confirmation number will be needed when checking in at the airport at either the counter or check in machines. These numbers will be e mailed to you and can also be viewed on Booking confirmation
    ※ For customers using Skymark, we will send you an airline redemption letter by e mail.

Boarding method

  • For passengers using the Japan Airlines Group

    1. Please press the "Receive air ticket" button on the screen of the JAL automatic check in machine. Then, enter your "Confirmation Number" stated in your boarding guide e mail in order to pick up your boarding pass. For guests who wish to check in baggage, please drop it at the baggage counter.
      ※ Baggage must be checked in at least 20 minutes before departure time.

    2. After your boarding pass has been issued, please go through security at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

    3. Please proceed to the boarding gate ten minutes before departure time. Please be aware that you may not be able to board if you arrive later than this time.
      ※ Departure time is the time that the airplane starts to move. Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time.
      ※ For passengers flying from Shizuoka Airport to Fukuoka Airport / New Chitose Airport, please check in at the Fuji Dream Airlines (FDA) counter.

  • Those flying with All Nippon Airways, AIRDO, Star Flyer, or Solaseed Air (ANA, ADO, SFJ, or SNA)

    1. Please press "enter confirmation number" at the automatic check in machine. Then, enter your ' confirmation number (reference number)' and ' reservation number' stated in your boarding guide e mail in order to pick up your boarding pass. For guests who would like to check in baggage, please drop it at the baggage counter.
      ※ Baggage must be checked in at least 25 minutes before departure time.

    2. After your boarding pass has been issued, please go through security at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

    3. Please proceed to the boarding gate ten minutes before departure time. Please be aware that you may not be able to board if you arrive later than this time.
      ※ Departure time is the time that the airplane starts to move. Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time.

  • Those flying with Jetstar, Peach, Vanilla Air, Spring or AirAsia (JJP, APJ, VNL, SJO, or WAJ)

    1. Please press "enter reservation number" at the automatic check in machine. Then, enter your 'reservation number' stated in your boarding guide e mail in order to pick up your boarding pass. For guests who would like to check in baggage, please drop it at the baggage counter.
      ※We recommend that you complete the check-in procedure one hour in advance with room.
      ※Check-in deadline varies depending on the airline, so please check in advance at each airline site.

    2. After your boarding pass has been issued, please go through security at least 35 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

    3. Please proceed to the boarding gate 25 minutes before departure time. Please be aware that you may not be able to board if you arrive later than this time.
      ※ Departure time is the time that the airplane starts to move. Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time.

Issuing a receipt

  • You can view your receipt using the link included in your Payment Confirmation Email.

  • This is an on screen display of electronically saved data, and is no different than a conventional receipt in terms of being a proof of purchase.
    However, as it is a digital copy, please confirm yourself beforehand if it can be used for claiming your travel expenses.

  • As well as the above, your digital receipt can be treated as an official receipt for tax purposes as it confirms to formal accounting regulations.
