- This is one among many Shinto shrines in Osaka. Although inside the popular Osaka Castle Park, Hokoku Shrine remains peaceful and secluded. Most of the visitors are local worshipers.

- Hokoku Shrine was near to Osaka Castle and had statues in the honor of a Saurai warrior. A serene place for worship and worth for visit while travel in this area.

- My opinion is that it is more of a great hall than a shrine. Not much to see. All built of massive pieces of timber. Built in 1587.100y to visit
