2015년 도쿄도 다치카와시 이즈미쵸에 개업한 쇼핑센터로, 다마시 모노레일 '다치히 역'과는 보행자 데크로 직접 연결되어 있다. 전 3층으로 이루어진 건물 안에는 무인양품과 GU, ZARA, 도큐핸즈 등의 대형 매장 외에도 의류와 생활잡화, 식품 등 다양한 장르의 전문점이 입점되어 있다. 인기있는 팬케이크 가게와 가구라자카의 유명한 가게가 운영하는 일본식 카페 등 먹거리도 충실하다. 가족끼리 부담 없이 식사할 수 있는 푸드코트도 있다.
