우에노 공원 내의 1875년에 창업한 격식있는 가이세키 요리점. 일본 전통가옥의 정취가 물씬 풍기는 점내에서는 벽 한 면의 큰 창문 너머로 사계절의 변화를 느낄 수 있다. 화려한 색깔의 식재료를 아낌없이 사용한 두부요리가 메인. 100% 국산 대두를 사용하여 그날 주문받은 만큼만 전부 손으로 만들고 있다. 2명부터 80명까지의 예약이 가능. 중요한 접대나 축하파티 등 폭넓은 용도로 이용할 수 있다.
