스테인 요리계의 젊은 인재 넘버원으로 평가받고 있는 요리사 파코 로드리게스가 만드는 빠에야 전문점. JR 신주쿠 역에서 도보 1분 거리의 신주쿠 다카시마야 타임 스퀘어 내에 있으며, 스페인산 햄 등을 사용한 타파스와 피데우아(파스타 빠에야) 등도 제공하고 있다. 중간 정도 알덴테로 익힌 씹는 맛이 풍부한 빠에야가 특징. 지름 36cm가 넘는 빠에야 팬으로 만든 빠에야는 세계 챔피언이라고 부를 만한 맛이다.

Fabulous food and authentic Spanish restaurant. Service was great but a 6th star is added for having Pacharan to finish the meal. Gobsmacked!
