과거에 나가사키현 북쪽을 통치했던 히라도 번주 마쓰우라 가문의 역사를 전하는 박물관. 마쓰우라 가문 전래의 투구와 갑옷 및 서한 외에도, 회화와 칠기화 등의 미술품도 다수 전시되어 있다. 건물은 1893년에 세워진 마쓰우라 가문의 사저를 이용한 것이며, 입구의 돌계단과 돌담은 에도 시대 초기의 것. 갑옷이나 일본 전통의상을 무료로 입어보는 체험도 할 수 있다. 히라도구치 역에서 자동차로 10분.
