히라도 네덜란드 상업관 1639년 축조 창고(복원)

1641년에 나가사키 데지마로 이전하기까지 1609년부터 33년간 네덜란드 무역항으로 번성한 히라도에 건설된 상업관. 무역 화물을 보관하기 위해 1639년에 만들어진 석조 창고는 일본 최초의 서양식 건축물로 네덜란드의 건물과 유사한 외관이었다. 이 외관이 일본인에게는 기이한 것이었으며, 서기 연호가 박공에 들어 있던 것 등을 이유로 에도 막부에 의해 철거되었다. 2011년에 오픈한 '히라도 네덜란드 상업관'은 이 건물을 충실하게 복원했다. 당시의 무역에 관한 자료 등을 볼 수 있다.
