기노사키 온천 역 앞 거리의 정면에 위치하며, 지장의 발밑에서 온천이 끓어올랐다고 전해지는 옥외탕. 하루종일 목욕을 마음껏 할 수 있는 옥외탕 티켓 '유메바'를 사용하여 돌아볼 수 있는 '일곱 개의 옥외탕 순례' 중 '중생 구제의 탕'이다. 입구에는 큰 등불이 놓여있고, 육각형의 넓은 창문은 겐부도 동굴을 이미지 했다는 모던한 외관이 인상적이다. 넓은 옥내탕에서 느긋하게 보낼 수 있고, 2012년에 신설된 오야코탕도 호평을 받고 있으며, 주민들의 입욕 비율이 높은 것도 특징이다.
