하코네 미술관

하코네에서 가장 역사 있는 미술관. 가마쿠라·무로마치 시대에 만들어진 옛 6대 가마의 항아리나 옹기 등, 조몬 시대의 토기부터 에도 시대까지 일본의 ‘도자기’를 중심으로 전시하고 있다. 부지 내에는 이끼와 단풍으로 채색된 ‘이끼 정원’, 9월이 절정인 ‘싸리의 길’, 중국풍 정원 ‘대나무 정원’ 등이 있어 사계절 내내 경관을 즐길 수 있다. 특히 11월에는 정원 내 단풍이 일제히 선명한 색을 띠어 단풍 명소로도 유명하다.

BEautiful intimate museum. Worth a visit!

Lovely historical pottery and ceramics. Not big but thoughtful, well displayed pieces. The big surprise is the exquisite garden surrounding it. The moss garden especially.
