닛코시의 주젠지코 호반에 있는 천태종의 사원으로 닛코산 린노지 윤왕사의 별원. 784년 호수 위에 떠있는 천수관음의 모습을 본 닛코산 시조 쇼도 대사가 다치키에 천수관음상을 조각하여 본존으로 모신 것이 기원. 간토 33관음영지 제18번 참배지. 본당의 다치키 관음은 소원성취의 부처로서 받들어 모시고 있으며, 하시리 대흑천을 모시는 불당에는 순산과 가출인의 귀가, 배우자의 바람기 방지를 기원하는 사람들이 많이 찾는다.
