연중 무휴로 만담 공연을 하는 극장(요세). 1인 만담인 라쿠고뿐만 아니라 2인 만담인 만자이나 콩트, 마술, 모사 예능 등의 프로그램도 있다. 1964년 개업 이래 웃음의 전당으로 인기를 누렸으며, 하기모토 긴이치와 비토 다케시, 아츠미 기요시 등과 같은 유명인을 배출한 극장으로 유명하다. 낮 공연과 밤 공연으로 나누어지지만 앞 공연이 끝났다고 자리에서 일어나 나가지 않아도 되기 때문에 하루 종일 공연을 관람할 수도 있다. 도시락과 음료수, 상품을 판매하는 매점이 있음. 입장표는 당일권만 있다.

Great shopping little mall for that little more special pressie. Found a beautiful shop that sells headpins with cherry blossoms on them. And of cos a lovely little shop full of owls is a must see.
