1858년에 창업한 색종이와 수공용 종이를 제조하던 노포 ‘고바야시소메가미 점’을 모체로 설립된 회관. 분쿄쿠 유시마에 있다. 종이 문화 진흥을 목적으로, 전통 공예인 종이접기를 통해 일본 문화와 일본의 아름다움을 전하고 있다. 종이 문화의 역사와 각국의 종이접기 작가의 작품을 전시하기도 하며, 관내에 설치된 공방에서 물을 들인 전통 화지 등을 구입할 수 있다. 화지를 사용해 소품이나 액세서리를 만드는 화지 수공예 교실도 개최.
