비칸 지구 내의 구라시키 강변에 위치한 박물관. 에도 시대 말기의 쌀 창고를 이용하고 있으며 구라시키에서 전통 민가를 이용한 최초의 가게이다. 관내에는 약 15,000점에 달하는 도자기, 유리, 석공품, 염직품, 목공품 등 세계 각국의 아름다운 민예품이 다양하게 전시되어 있다. 민예품을 판매하는 가게도 상품이 알차게 준비되어 있다.
