아사히카와시의 주조회사 '오토코야마'가 운영하는 자료관. 에도시대의 귀중한 자료와 문헌, 오토코야마가 그린 우키에 풍속화, 그리고 주조도구인 양조통 등을 전시. 무료시음과 주조장 한정의 일본술도 판매하고 있으며, 시설내에서는 무료로 지하수를 담아갈 수 있다. 다이세츠잔 산의 만년설을 발원으로 하는 지하수로 만들어진 일본술은, 국내는 물론 해외의 경연대회에서 수많은 상을 수상하고 있다.
