  首先他會先讓你挑綠茶， 有好三種風味， 味道不同， 我們有六個人， 對三種風味都有喝到， 他會先來泡一次茶給你看， 從25秒 到1分鐘的茶， 他希望你照的這個時間， 先喝一杯茶。再來他的主餐來了，他的餐點是屬於日式定食， 在你吃一半的時候再加入他可以選擇的綠茶， 變成茶泡飯， 吃法的感覺蠻特別的，在台灣沒吃過， 他的配菜不多， 但是感覺很用心， 口味吃起來可以接受，用餐的氣氛跟感受很好。
