  에비스역에서 걸어서 5-10분 거리로 접근성 좋음. 약간의 오르막길이지만 큰 문제 없음. 걸어서 2-3분 거리 내에 다양한 식당 및 이자카야 있어 좋고, 호텔은 조용하여 더 좋음. 방(superior double)은 역시 크기는 작으나, 혼자 머무르기에는 전혀 문제 없으며 딱 필요한 공간들들만 아기자기하게 뽑아 놓은 듯한 + 모던한 느낌으로 개인적으로...
