  This was soba restaurant and I think they are making noodle by themselves. I think the noodle is not cooked enough.. or is it real soba taste? I dont know... Even though this is soba restaurant...

  暖かい「ゆば蕎麦」を注文。温そばの場合、直ぐのびてしまうのだが、ゆばの味を楽しめ、程よい固さが良い。そして、美味しい。
