  체크인때부터 호텔로부터 정확하고 명확한 호텔 안내를 받지 못함. 안내 종이 한장 받지 못하늠. 프론트데스크 아닌 직원이 응대했는데 잘 모르고 잘못된 정보 제공. 객실이 70개 밖이라 하얏트 회원혜택 받기 매우 어려움.
