  こちらは、仙台の東西線の地下鉄で、仙台城跡へ向かうため国際センター駅を降りると目の前にありました。大規模な新しい施設で、大ホールや展示・レセプションホール、大・中・小会議室などがありました。また、こじまりとしたカフェもありましたが・・・こんな施設を維持管理するための税金を考えるとどうなんでしょう？
