이케부쿠로 역 43번 출구로 나와서 도보로 4분 걸어가면 위치해 있습니다. 3층에 리셉션 데스크가 있으며, 1층에는 페밀리마트가 있어서 편리합니다. 조식포함으로 할 경우, 맛있는 크로와상과 유부초밥, 그리고 노른자가 매우 맛있는 삶은 달걀을 먹을 수 있습니다. 방은 비좁고 불편할 수 있겠으나, 이용하는데 무리가 없고, 실용적이고 합리적인 곳이라 생각합니다.

있을 거 다 있고, 없을 건 없습니다. 시설이 오래된게 흠이지만 객실 유지도 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 주변에 교통도 나쁘지 않고, 쇼핑, 식사 다 됩니다. 밤에는 분위기가 좀 묘하지만 크게 문제는 안됩니다.
