Information on refunds in the event of flight cancellation/delay due to bad weather and technical issues, as well as refunds in the case where it is impossible to travel due to reasons such as illness

  • NAVITIME Travel will pay out the refunds to customers who satisfy the following conditions.

    1. Customers that purchased refundable tickets on NAVITIME Travel
    2. Customers that did not apply for a direct refund from the airline company, or customers that did not ask for a refund from the airline company through the travel agency where they purchased the tickets
    3. Customers that did not transfer their valid tickets to other flights
    4. Customers that applied for a refund within 5 days from the scheduled departure date using the NAVITIME Travel application form below

  • In addition, the amount refunded will be the total amount for freight and passenger facility usage which is calculated by deducting the air ticket arrangement fee and administrative charges from the amount received in NAVITIME Travel.

  • Do note that the transportation and accommodation costs incurred by transferring the flight to another airline or other transportation means will be borne by the customer.

Information on Refunds

  • Cancellation refunds will be given out from NAVITIME Travel. Please note that it is not possible to get refunds at the airport.

    • Cancellation before departure: Please contact us by the day before departure.
    • Cancellation after departure: Please contact us within 5 days after departure.

    ※Do note that refunds may not be possible if contact is only received after the predetermined due date.

  • Refunds in the event of flight cancellation/delay due to bad weather and technical issues, as well as refunds in the case where it is impossible to travel due to reasons such as illness will also be done via NAVITIME Travel. The amount refunded will be calculated by deducting the handling fees and administrative charges from the amount received.

  • Customers who have paid using their credit cards will receive the refunds via the credit card company. The refunds will be paid out in about 2 months depending on the timing of the closing date.
