Bustling area but quiet sleep

Quiet but just inside alley next to bustling fun of the dotonbori area and shopping streets. Clean and comfortable and a great sleep. Quick walk to glica man and tons of food and markets. Smallish...
Very disappointed.

Terrible room, cant even put suitcases on the floor standing up without blocking access to the door. Beds are so close together you cant walk between them . Kettle and cups in room but no tea...
