[Ibaraki / Gozenyama] Beginners are welcome! 10km river SUP tour
-
Marine Sports/LeisureIbaraki
- Our SUP venue is in the middle reaches of the clear stream Nakagawa. It will be held near the prefectural border between Ibaraki and Tochigi prefectures. From the campsite at the meeting place, we will move upstream by tour car and give a lesson for beginners in a still water area with no flow. Once you get used to the operation method, you can start the river descent with a total length of about 10km. Take the gentle river flow and reach the riverside in front of the campsite in about 2 hours. SUP does not row while standing, but sits and row, sometimes lying on his back. You can enjoy it in a free posture. Many wild birds and fish live in the Naka River. Black kites spread their wings widely in the sky, herons and ducks rest on the banks of the river, and beautiful blue kingfishers can be seen crossing near the surface of the water. Ayu bounce in the summer, and in the fall, the salmon run up for spawning. Please enjoy the scenery of the satoyama, which is rich in nature, while relaxing. In the middle of the break, you can dive from the diving rock, or leave yourself to the life jacket and let it flow into the river, and you can play in active mode fully open. We will give you free photos and video data of the experience. We may not be able to meet your request depending on the weather, river conditions, participation status of other customers, etc.
