If the entered passenger information is incorrect, you may be denied boarding.

It is necessary to make a reservation with exactly the same information as written on your passport, such as your name, date of birth, gender, passport number, etc.

Even if the information you have entered is incorrect, you cannot change the contents of the ticket. Please note that you will have to cancel the reservation once and buy the ticket again.

There is a "Cancellation fee" when canceling an air ticket.

Cancellation fee: "(1) Cancellation fee specified by airline" + "(2) Cancellation procedure fee specified by NAVITIME Travel"

(1) Cancellation fee specified by airline: The rules stated in the "Flight Ticket Rules" column displayed before booking will be applied. (Calculation per person)
Cancellation procedure fee specified by NAVITIME Travel: 4,400 yen per person

The refund amount to the customer will be the payment amount less the "cancellation fee" and the "handling fee" when arranging the ticket.

We do not accept changes to the ticket contents after booking.

Passenger information (name, gender, date of birth, etc.), flight information (flight, schedule, itinerary, etc.) and all other information cannot be changed, so please be careful when entering your reservation information so that it is correct. ..

If you need to make a change, please cancel all your tickets and make a new reservation.

NAVITIME Travel has set a handling fee for arranging overseas airline tickets.

The following handling fee will be applied per person.

The fees collected when arranging an overseas flight ticket are the total amount shown below.

3. Fuel surcharge
4. Passenger facility fee
5. Handling fee

We accept payment by credit card only.

Credit card payment will be made at the same time you apply, so please enter your credit card information when applying.

The application will be completed when both credit card payment and ticket reservation are successful.

In some cases, you may not be able to book an airline ticket due to the number of seats being full, but if the reservation fails, we will refund the full amount.

Please note that the number of days until refund will differ depending on the credit card company.

In addition, we can not answer the contract details between the credit card company and the customer, so please contact the card company directly.
