  説明書が有りましたが、潜水艦に対する護衛任務で活躍した記念として建てられた館です。当時、魚雷攻撃で損傷を受けた艦船に対して救助活動を行う艦艇を更に狙うのが一般的な戦法、従ってイギリス海軍でも友軍を救助しに行きませんでした。にもかかわらずイギリス艦艇を救助した日本帝国海軍、大変感謝されたそうです。外見は重厚な石造り、中は広いホールです。
