Kuwana Suigo Fireworks

Event
This festival is considered a sign of summer in the city of Kuwana in Mie Prefecture, and it commemorates the completion of the Great Ise Bridge. Held late in July, it adorns the sky with about 10,000 fireworks, including starmines, marine fireworks, and brocade bursts. The biggest attraction is the largest 24 inch shells in the Tokai Region. The impressive globe of light bursting directly overhead is a must-see.
