Minato Kobe On the Sea Fireworks Festival

With over 300,000 spectators each year, this fireworks festival is the largest festival in Kansai. This festival is considered one of the Kansai Big Five Fireworks Festivals, along with the Kyoto Gion, the Osaka Tenjin, the PL Fireworks, and the Hyogo Yodogawa River Fireworks Festivals. With Kobe's 'million dollar night skyline' as its backdrop, these fireworks spectacularly illuminate the whole Kobe port area. Please note the Kobe Port Area 1 is closed off to yachts and fishing boats, excluding cruise ships.
