Kitanippon Shimbun Takaoka Summer Fireworks Festival
This fireworks festival is part of the Takaoka Tanabata Matsuri festival in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture. Known for the spectator venue being close to the launch site, one can enjoy approximately 2,000 fireworks, including successively fast shooting starmine and other configured fireworks, makes one feel as though they are directly cascading onto your head. This midsummer night's sky full of fireworks is a spectacular sight to see. It is best to confirm transportation routes to the site in advance, as there is no parking in the vicinity.
