Bujo Park
At the foot of Mt. Hachido, in this lush park located along the Kamo River, there’s a scenic spot known as “Shikoku-no-Koarashiyama.” 1,500 Yoshino and other varieties of cherry trees line the roads of the park here, and at full bloom, the whole area is dyed the rosy hue of the blossoms. The view from Melody Bridge is particularly beautiful. The park gets attention not just for the number of cherry trees, but for featuring nearly 100 varieties.
