Utsubuki Park

Event
This comprehensive park, located at the base of Mt. Utsubuki in Kurayoshi City, Tottori Prefecture, is one of the San-in region’s best cherry blossom spots, even included in Japan’s Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots. Every year from late March to early April, the Yoshino cherry, weeping cherry, and other cherry trees bloom in abundance—and just as they fall, 40,000 azalea bloom. These spring sakura are beautiful in the daytime and at night, when illuminated by bonbori lamps, drawing many visitors day and night. The Kurayoshi Spring Festival is held during peak season. Toilets, shops and parking available.
