Kinugasayama Park
Kinugasayama Park located in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture is one of the best cherry blossom viewing sites in Kanagawa Prefecture and has been selected as Japan’s Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots. In the park, about 2,000 cherry blossom trees are planted to commemorate the people killed in the Russo-Japanese War. It is crowded with many viewers during flower blooming season which is from late March to early April and holds the Kinugasa Sakura Festival during which you can enjoy stage performances and illuminations. No parking is available during flower viewing season.
