Hasedera Temple
The head temple of Buzan school of Shingon sect Buddhism, the seasonal scenery of the Hasedera Temple is so spectacular it is known as the Flower Temple. In fall, the entire area is dyed a beautiful crimson by the maples that grow here. In most years, the best time to enjoy the foliage is mid-November. The temple also holds a Maple Festival and each year many people come here to enjoy it.
