This museum dedicated to the joys of camera, photography, and cinema culture opened in 2000. Ever since, it has collected and displayed photography related materials, and served as a gallery displaying the work of photographers at the front lines of the artform. Their collection gallery displays various pieces at all dimes, and they also have special exhibits that change to fit various themes three times a year.

JAFの観光案内にあったのでフラッといってみましたが、往年のカメラ群は懐かしく良かったですが、展示物は明確な目的がないと、がっかりしますので誰の写真展かしっかり確認して行くのが無難かな。今回はがっかりしました。
トークイベントに参加

たまたま開かれていた安珠さんという写真家のトークイベントに参加することが出来ました。ただ話を聞くだけのイベントでは無く、その方の撮った写真を見ながら、場内を巡ってお話を聞くというもので、その時初めて知った方でしたが、楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。常設は全国から集めたカメラの展示などが中心の様ですが、カメラに興味が無かったので、どれほどすごいものかは分かりませんでしたが、やはり何かの写真展...

古いカメラが大好きなので、ここに行くことを楽しみにしていました。入場料がちょっと高いですが、カメラ趣味の方にとっては、払う価値がある展示内容だと思います。
