The whipped cream for the shop's delightfully milky shortcake is also stocked from Hokkaido, while the whipped cream used for the shop's mousses comes from Kyushu. Particularly popular products include the Opera shortcake, the origin of the establishment's name; the Crunch Chocolat; and the Cream D'anjou.

シュークリームが大変好き

ケーキのバイキングをしていることで大変有名なお店ですが、本当に有名なのは柏で一番美味しいと言われてるケーキ屋さんだということだと思いますが、個人的にはケーキより若干休みのシュークリームが大変好きで革の焼き具合とか中のクリームとかとても美味しいです。

新柏駅近くにあるケーキ屋さんで、非常に味が良いので定期的に足を運んでいます。年に数回バイキングを実施しています。

年に１，２回のケーキバイキング期間だったのでバイキングに行きました。制限時間は50分間ですが、順番待ちの人がいなければ無制限です。1800円/大人。駐車場もあります。20人くらいで満席です。
