Founded in 1872, Kihachi-an has been serving a wide range of customers from home use to sushi restaurants and ryotei (Japanese-style restaurants) all over Japan. The "Anago-don" (conger eel rice bowl), "Anago chazuke" (grilled conger eel in green tea), and the "tipsy set" that can be enjoyed with beer are popular.
