The park is about a 3-minute walk from Hankyu Tsukaguchi Station, and is also home to the Amagasaki City Urban Botanical Garden, which features a green consultation center where visitors can read gardening-related books and attend classes. The garden is also home to three-tiered flower beds, sunken beds, a greenhouse with tropical flowers, plants, cacti, and succulents, a rose garden, a hydrangea garden, and many other flowers that are worthy of being called a botanical garden.

桜の時期に行きました。広いので散歩には最適かと思います。なぜか風の通りが良いのか涼しいです。整備もされていて綺麗です。
街の公園としては広々しています

噴水、小川、竹林、バラ園等散歩、ピクニック、ボール遊びを家族で楽しめます。四季の草花が咲いています。何もせずに時間を過ごすのもいいです。
白い彼岸花

上坂部西公園は、ＪＲ塚口駅のちかくにある都市緑化植物園です。9月末に久しぶりに訪れました。緑の多い公園です。赤と白の２種類の彼岸花が咲いていました。白い彼岸花は珍しいなと思いました。マリーゴールドも咲いていました。植物が好きな人にお勧めのスポットです。
