A Western confectionery shop in Kitano, Kobe selling an array of colorful sweets. From the outside it looks like a rustic patisserie in the French countryside. Their MODE cake consisting of three types of chocolate, sauteed apricots, and hazelnut was made to commemorate the owner-chef's victory at the World Chocolate Masters. The nougat-like texture of the sponge cake with nuts adds just the right accent, along with the moderately tart apricot gelatin. Their Couronnes with colorful pistachio mousse adorning cream brulee is also popular.

ショコラティエとして有名な方の店。ショコラも多数あるがせっかくきたので生菓子系を選ぶ。とは言えショコラが関係する品をチョイスする。イートインは出来ずテイクアウトのみですが、近隣にある姉妹店？のような店に持ち込んで食すことも出来ます。なるほど甘すぎずくどすぎずの絶妙な味わい。そしてなんといっても見た目の美しさはフォークで崩すのがためらわれるほどです。人気のお店で平日の日中にも関わらず列ができる時...
